The processing related to the services offered by the Site is carried out at the above-mentioned office of the Firm and is handled by internal staff, duly appointed as data processors.
In order to allow you to use the Website and its services, including the possibility of contacting the Firm, the Data Controller needs to know and process some of your personal data.
The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment.
These data are used solely for the purpose of checking the correct functioning of the Site and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of computer crimes against the Site: except for this eventuality, currently the data on web contacts are kept for a maximum period of seven days.
The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on the Site and the completion of the specifically prepared “forms” entail the subsequent acquisition of the email address and any other personal data included in the electronic communication, as well as the sender’s/user’s data, necessary to respond to requests or to provide the service. Specific brief information will be provided for particular services.
Except as specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide their personal data in the request forms or otherwise indicate them in order to request the sending of informational material or other communications. However, failure to provide personal data may make it impossible to fulfill the user's requests.
Personal data is processed using automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Specific security measures have been adopted to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorized access.
The personal data provided by users who request informational material or the provision of services are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling such requests, and may be accessed by employees and collaborators of the Firm, duly appointed as data processors, as well as by third parties who provide ancillary or instrumental services to the Firm's activities, appointed as Data Processors. No other communication of data to third parties will be made, except in the case of requests from the Judicial Authority or Public Security. The collected data will not be disclosed under any circumstances.
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right, pursuant to Articles 7, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22 and following of the GDPR, to obtain, at any time, confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data, to know their content and origin, to verify their accuracy or request their integration, updating, rectification, erasure, transformation into anonymous form, as well as to object, in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
